The OnTime software is completely functional with only a keyboard. To use the biometric features you will need to have a fingerprint reader connected.
Install the files in the order listed according to which fingerprint reader you have right now:

If you are running the Digital Persona password manager (installed with Microsoft Fingerprint Reader), you may need to type Ctrl-Alt-Del, click the Processes tab, highlight the process "DPAgnt.exe" and press the End Process button. Only do this if it is interfering with the OnTime Biometric software's ability to read the fingerprint.
